Honey Bridge
Privacy Policy
Effective July 2, 2026
This policy describes our real data practices in plain language. It is a working draft provided for transparency and has not yet been reviewed by counsel; it is not legal advice.
Who we are
Honey Bridge is a small agency. This application is our internal operations tool and the client portal our partners log into. This policy covers personal data we handle through it — about our team, our clients, our sales leads, and people who appear on calls we work with.
What we collect
- Contact details — names, email addresses, and phone numbers of leads and booked calls.
- Account data — login email and role for team members and partner-portal users.
- Meeting recordings and transcripts — audio and text from calls, including the speech of everyone on the call.
- Business records — invoices, deliverables, and notes related to our client work.
- Connected-account tokens — Google Business Profile access when a client authorizes it, stored encrypted.
- Technical data — IP address and basic diagnostics used for security and error monitoring.
Call recording and AI analysis (important)
We use a third-party assistant (Fireflies.ai) to record and transcribe meetings. We obtain the consent of everyone on a call before recording, and our AI notetaker announces itself at the start of the call. If you are on a call associated with Honey Bridge and do not want to be recorded or transcribed, tell the host and we will stop.
Transcripts are analyzed by AI (Anthropic) only to suggest internal follow-ups — tasks and client notes for our own team. A person reviews and approves every suggestion before anything is saved; nothing is published automatically.
We instruct our providers (Fireflies, Anthropic) not to use this content to train their models, and we are putting contractual zero-retention and no-training terms in place with them.
To request that a recording or transcript of you be deleted, contact us at privacy@gohoneybridge.com and we will remove it.

How we use it
To deliver our services, manage client relationships, schedule and follow up on calls, send operational notifications, produce the reporting shown in the client portal, and keep the application secure. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for advertising.
Who we share it with
We share personal data only with service providers that help us run the application, and only for the purposes below. We instruct these providers not to use personal data to train their models, and we are putting contractual no-training terms in place with them.

Cookies
We use only strictly necessary cookies — the session cookie that keeps you logged in. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies, so there is no consent banner to click.
How long we keep it
We keep personal data for as long as needed to run our client relationships and meet legal and accounting obligations, then delete or anonymize it. You can ask us to delete your data sooner (see below).
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of your personal data, and to object to certain processing. To exercise any of these — including deletion of a call recording or transcript — email privacy@gohoneybridge.com. We will respond within the timeframe your local law requires.
Changes
We will update this policy as our practices change and revise the effective date above.
