Terms of Service

This application includes an internal dashboard for the Honey Bridge team and a client portal for our partners. By signing in, you agree to these terms. If you are using the portal on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorized to do so.

Keep your login credentials confidential and do not share your account. You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us promptly at hello@gohoneybridge.com if you believe your account has been compromised.

Do not attempt to access data that is not yours, probe or bypass security controls, disrupt the service, scrape it in bulk, or use it to break the law. We may suspend access that threatens the service or other users.

The portal displays reporting about your business relationship with Honey Bridge. We work to keep it accurate but provide it on an as-is basis; it is not a warranty of any particular result. Our data practices are described in our Privacy Policy.

Where we record and transcribe calls, we describe how in the Privacy Policy. If you are on such a call and do not consent to being recorded, tell the host and we will stop.

We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features, and perform maintenance, from time to time.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, and Honey Bridge is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and any signed services agreement between us takes precedence over this section.

We may update these terms and will revise the effective date above. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
